Welcome to Kingdom Dreams HOA visitor parking registration site, please read the following and agree to terms to proceed to your vehicle registration step:

Liability Release & Responsibility Agreement

By submitting this Visitor Parking Pass Request, the Unit Owner (“Owner”) and their designated visitor(s) agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

The visitor(s) enter and utilize community parking facilities at their own risk. The KINGDOM DREAMS Homeowners Association (the “HOA”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim to person or property arising from or related to the visitor’s use of the parking facilities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Owner Responsibility

The Owner assumes full responsibility for the actions, conduct, and compliance with all community rules of their visitor(s). The Owner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the HOA from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected with the visitor’s presence or activities within the community.

Pass Validity

This Visitor Parking Pass is valid for 24 hours commencing at the date and time of form submission. Any vehicle parked under an expired pass is subject to citation, towing, or other enforcement actions in accordance with HOA parking policies.
